RIverside Intermediate is working with the Rebecca Sitton Spelling Program. It emphasizes correct spelling in everyday writing, not just for the end-of-the-week test.

There is a "Priority List" of "no excuse" spelling words. 2nd Grade words go from 1 to 35 as "no excuse" spelling words. These are the most frequently used in the English language.
