The Reading Workshop is a major part of the day and students spend over 90 minutes reading or doing reading related activities. The students will help to manage our class library. The books are organized by categories. Books are grouped in baskets with labels and stickers to help students keep them together and identify genres.  They also are managed through an online system using  the link above.

The library manager helps students to check in and out books at designated times and days throughout the week. See pictures of our library manager and classroom below.
